Weekend Events, (a little I know but better late then never)

Saturday:

APS Fantasy of Lights Boat Parade (Sat Dec 12). 3-9pm; 7pm boat parade. Free.Decorated and lighted boats, live entertainment, "Town Lake Turns 10" activities and a special light display on the Tempe Town Lake Bridge Tempe Beach Park, Mill Ave & Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe. 480-921-2300

Bass Pro Shop Santa Wonderland Saturday December 12th 12-5pm. Get a FREE photo with Santa, Make a cute Candy Cane Reindeer, and have some treats! There are games to play, things to color, a giant fish tank to look at and much much more!!!

CareFree Christmas Festival: Saturday December 12th. 10am-9pm. FREE. There will be snow, Santa, and a light parade. There is so much more, check out the site for all the details.

Christmas in the Park. Saturday December 12th 9am-9pm. This fun packed family event starts at 9 a.m. with arts and craft booths display and at 10:00 a. m. our annual parade down Old Litchfield Road, with marching bands, drill teams, vintage automobiles, floats and of course Santa Claus. There are over 60 arts and craft vendors, live entertainment throughout the day, bouncers, visit with Santa, make and take tables, face painting of course SNOW for the kids to play in. Evening festivities include a great BBQ from Texas Roadhouse, a DJ with a street dance, live entertainment, trolley rides and a great fireworks display. 214 W. Glendale Glitters Events (Fri-Sat Dec 4-19). Glendale Glitters Holiday Light Display will be lit 5-10pm nightly through Jan 16.
