Wednesday Weekend Warm Up!!! What will you be doing this weekend?

Here we go... Most of this is in Arizona but some are Nation wide!


Friday:

Friday Night Franks.:All ages. Native American storytelling, wagon rides, fire pits, horseshoes, music and BBQ. 5-10pm. Free; $2 s'mores/hot dogs, $4 brats/burgers, $6 grilled chicken sandwich. Fort McDowell Adventures, 14803 N Hiawatha Hood Rd, Fort McDowell. 480-816-6465


Saturday:

Bass Pro Shop Halloween: October 24- 25 12:00-4:00om. Kids get to Paint and Decorate a Craft Pumpkin, Marshmallow Roasting and Sample Dutch Oven Apple Cobbler!

BOO Fest Saturday October 24th 6-9pm. Paseo Highlands Park (35 Ave & Pinnacle Peak Rd.) There will be Carnival games, Inflatables, Rock Wall, Hay Ride, Pumpkin Patch, and costume Parade!

Boo at the Zoo, Saturday October 24th 9:oo-4:00pm. When you purchase a Zoo ticket you get to be included in the Boo at the Zoo Celebration. There will be Scavenger Hunt, Help make Scar crows, games and activities for Halloween, Milk samples, pumpkin bowling, Mascot Parade, and more. This would be great if you have a membership and it is FREE. Also sting Ray Bay is open again!

Field of Screams: October Saturday 24th 5:00PM-8:30PM. Goodyear Ballpark, 1933 S Ballpark Way, Goodyear. Rides, Games, Pumpkin Patch, Maze, Food, Costume Contest for Ages 12 and under with Prizes, Make and Take Crafts, FREE entrance and Parking. Rides and events cost a little.

Fire House Fun Day 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Oct. 24. Fire House Fun Day is held in celebration of National Fire Prevention Month and Halloween. The event features an appearance by Smokey the Bear, truck rides, food, clowns, face painting, balloons, bucket brigades, water activities and goodie bags. Hall of Flame Fire Museum, 6101 E. Fry's Free Weekend: Saturday October 24th-Monday October 26th 10:00-5:00pm Have you been to the science center lately? Well, if you have a Fry's card you can go this weekend for FREE!!!

Gilbert's Family Halloween Carnival, Saturday October 24th 5-9pm. Price is $4 for anyone 4 and up. Games, Rides, Food, and Entertainment. All rides and games take tickets which sell based on sheets when you enter.


Halloween Spooktacular: Saturday October 24th 5:30pm-7pm there will be crafts, costume contest, prizes and more!!!

Kids Rock Star Family Fitness Event: Saturday October 24 10am-12pm Tempe Marketplace, District Plaza, 2000 E Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, Ages 6-12 for the Race but all are welcome. There will be Face Painting, yo-yo demonstrations, relay races, fun runs, soccor shootouts, bounce houses, and more...

Lake Shore store's have FREE Kids Crafts on Saturday's from 11am-3pm. Saturday October 24th Count Down to Halloween Calendar.


Lowe's Build & Grow Workshop: Saturday October 24th 10am. Frankenstein Magic Trick. Kids get Aprons, goggles, and all supplies to build this project.

Mother Nature's Farm Alexanders Birthday Celebration! Everyone with an October birthday gets in for FREE! Children are $7 and Adults are $3. Admission includes Bounce house, straw bounce, an OZ pumpkin and decorate the oz pumpkin, hay ride, maze, and animal feeding. You can bring a lunch or eat there. This is a little pricey but if you have a child with an October Birthday like me, this could be cheap since adults are only $3.


Prescott's Pumpkin Patch & Carnival: Saturday October 24th 11am-3pm Event costs $5 per person, I think for kids, adults may be FREE. However, that pays for a Back Pack, candy, prizes, pumpkin and supplies to decorate it, inflatables, carnival games, contests with Prizes and more!!! So if you want to get away and go somewhere cooler, this might be your Day Trip.

R U ORNGING: Saturday October 24th 11am-4pm US Airways Center, 201 E Jefferson St. FREE but would like Food donations for St Mary's Food Bank. Pumpkin Decorating, Face Painting, Bounce Houses, Trick or Treating, and Entertainment!


Sunday:
