Tempe Spring Festival of the Arts: Friday March 26th 2010. 10 a.m. to 6p.m. FREE. Come see a variety of art including painting, sculpture, photography, woodwork, ceramics, jewelry and more. Deer Valley Rock Art Center Festival: Saturday March 27th 2010. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. FREE.
